You just need to remember your passport and pack your biggest thinking cap. To help us book the most convenient and comfortable travel options, please follow our step-by-step guides below.

Travel booking process

Your flights, transfers to and from Bengaluru airport, and hotel booking will be organized and booked by Keeva, our global travel provider.

  • STEP 1: To start booking your flights, please complete this form. Please add your full name as it appears on your passport, and ensure that your passport is machine-readable, valid for 180 days from the date of travel, and has at least two blank pages. Once you’ve filled this in, leave the rest to us.
  • STEP 2: Keeva (MiQ travel agent) will contact you directly to share flight options for you to review.
  • STEP 3: MiQ have pre-booked the hotel for the nights of Monday 23rd Feb, Tuesday 24th Feb, Wednesday 25th Feb, Thursday 26th Feb. We suggest you arrange your travel to coincide with these dates.
  • STEP 4: You will confirm your preferred travel option with Keeva.
  • STEP 5: Keeva will organise transfers to and from Bengaluru airport and share the details with you.
  • STEP 6: Get ready to experience everything dentsu Ignition has to offer.

The necessary vaccine recommendations, and organize any you wish to have.

In for your outbound flight before arriving at Bengaluru airport and have your boarding pass ready (printed or a screenshot of the digital version), as you may need it to enter the airport.

PLEASE PRINT

Confirmation of your travel details, hotel address and CoE address.

Two copies of your visas - one for inbound, one for outbound. This must be printed.

PLEASE REMEMBER TO

Inform your bank and mobile provider you’ll be in India.

Check airline baggage rules.

Pack your laptop, charger, and adapters; verify voltage.

Arrange travel to and from your home airport.

Bring a pen for the landing card and keep your Bengaluru boarding pass for immigration.

Look out for the transfer company at Bengaluru airport.
