Visa application

e-Business Visas are required by all nationals, and applying for an e-Visa is the quickest method. Please remember that your passport must be valid for at least 180 days from the time of your application. The application process can take up to 5 working days, but there can be delays. We advise you to get your e-Business Visa as soon as possible, especially as additional documentation may be required.

  • 1. Request your letter of invitation: Before starting your application, you’ll be asked for a letter of invitation. To request this, please complete this form and MiQ’s Talent team will send this to you in 5 business days.
  • 2. Complete your e-visa application: Start your application here.

    You’ll need:
    • A recent color photograph. Dimensions of 2in x 2in, and size less than 1MB.
    • A copy of your passport page containing personal details.
    • A copy of your business card. (This can be a screenshot of your work e-signature.)
    • A copy of your letter of invitation provided by MiQ.

  • 3. Reimbursement of visa costs
    Please expense your VISA costs to your own company. If you have any issues with company sign off please reach out to abbykemp@miqdigital.com.
TIPS FOR BUSINESS E-VISA APPLICATION

To complete the application you will need:

  • Applicant's recent color photograph (dimensions 2in X 2in) size less than 1MB
  • Copy of Passport page containing personal details
  • Copy of business card (Copy of business card - if you don’t have a card, a screenshot of your esignature can also work.)
  • Copy of business invitation letter

Present Occupation: Marketing and Advertising (You have to select an occupation from the list that matches your current job the best, options are limited, so if not available, select our industry.)

The visa form can take some trial and error. If you're coming up against any validation issues within the visa form, please try removing all special characters (+, etc). For addresses, remove anything that isn't strictly necessary ("26th Floor, 261 Fifth Ave, New York, NY, 10016" would change to "261 Fifth Ave New York 10016".)
