For everyone
We work hard to make sure MiQ is a business where you can feel secure in bringing your whole self to work. Where you’ll learn and be challenged, where you’ll be rewarded and recognised for what you put in, and where you can succeed whoever you are, wherever you’re from, and whatever makes you different.
Our I.D.E.A. Report
Our second I.D.E.A. Report is jam-packed with interesting data, useful learnings and plenty of ambitious plans. It’s all part of our inclusion evolution. Discover how we’ve evolved and the direction we’re moving in.
Inclusion and diversity webinar
After the release of our 2022 I.D.E.A. Report, we partnered with Adweek to host a webinar on all things inclusion, diversity and equity in advertising. Sara Axelbaum (MiQ’s global head of diversity and inclusion) and Lee Puri (MiQ’s co-founder) were joined by Pauline Miller (chief equity officer at dentsu) to chat about what the industry can do to drive change. Lee also talks openly about his own journey and MiQ’s inclusion evolution. To get some great insights, watch the webinar here.
Anti-racism means action
We’re an anti-racist business. But just saying it isn’t enough. We want to combat racial injustice in our business, in our industry and in society at large. Read about what we’re doing here.
An open letter from Lee Puri and Gurman Hundal.
