For everyone
We work hard to make sure MiQ is a business where you can feel secure in bringing your whole self to work. Where you’ll learn and be challenged, where you’ll be rewarded and recognised for what you put in, and where you can succeed whoever you are, wherever you’re from, and whatever makes you different.

Our I&D committee
The I&D Committee strives to nurture an inclusive, diverse, and unbiased culture that is part of MiQ’s DNA. We aim to fully represent our people to create lasting equity at MiQ and in our orbit. We take action by driving best practices and procedures for our people, in partnership with leadership. The results mean we foster an environment where everyone feels safe and is able to bring their full selves to work, and where unique differences are celebrated to make sure we give everyone equal opportunities to grow the business together.

Anti-racism means action
We’re an anti-racist business. But just saying it isn’t enough. We want to combat racial injustice in our business, in our industry and in society at large. Read about what we’re doing here.

Just one thing
If you could change just one thing to empower women, what would it be? We asked people from across the media and advertising industry. Here's what they said.
Building networks
Educating male leaders
Supporting mothers
Women don’t have superpowers
More women in STEM
Get everyone involved
Shut down stereotypes
Representing the women of today
Pay transparency
Event equality
Getting men on board
More flexible working
Changing the tone
Empowering support networks
Supporting each other
Talking privilege
Privilege affects every workplace, ours included. But it can often be a hard topic to talk about. Many people who benefit from privilege on a daily basis aren't aware their privilege exists. And people with less of the unearned power that privilege affords are disproportionately likely to have less power within a business.
Meet our head of I&D
Sara Axelbaum (she/her) is our global head of inclusion and diversity. She has a wealth of experience in the ad tech world and as a champion for employee belonging. Before joining us, she was the SVP of client services for the digital advertising team at 21st Century Fox, as well as being their executive partner for diversity and inclusion. At MiQ, she is leading our efforts to make sure we continue to build an environment where everyone feels safe and is able to bring their full selves to work, and where unique differences are celebrated. Sara is also an entrepreneur and Mom to two joyful little boys.
