MiQ names Robert “RC” Whitehouse Global Chief People Officer

NEW YORK AND LONDON – October 16, 2025 – Global programmatic media partner MiQ today announced the appointment of Robert “RC” Whitehouse as global Chief People Officer, effective immediately. In his new role, RC will lead MiQ’s Talent function globally and be a member of the company’s executive committee, executing MiQ's people and culture growth strategy.

Over the past five years, MiQ has successfully established itself in high-growth markets such as India, China, and Southeast Asia. In 2025, the company entered emerging regions including Japan and LATAM, with each demonstrating strong momentum. MiQ’s recent addition as a YouTube Activation Partner further amplifies its opportunity in many of these markets where YouTube is foundational to media activation, positioning the company for even greater impact. RC’s leadership will be central to identifying and developing the talent needed to fuel MiQ’s ambitions, ensuring the company attracts, grows, and retains the people who will drive success in these dynamic regions.

“RC’s journey has been one of remarkable impact during his nearly nine years at MiQ. He’s played an instrumental role in shaping our culture and driving our business, guiding our expansion into Asia and Latin America, while continuing to attract and retain top talent.” said Gurman Hundal, Co-Founder and CEO, MiQ.

Prior to MiQ, RC held leadership and development roles at dentsu mcgarrybowen. A champion of people-centric leadership, RC strives to strike a balance between individual well-being and organizational objectives. Drawing from his understanding of group dynamics and learning theories from his learning and development background, RC helps individuals to understand the nuances of authority, unravel interpersonal conflicts, and foster a high performing, inclusive culture that helps MiQ overdeliver for its people and clients.

Reporting to Kris Love, MiQ’s Global Chief Financial Officer, RC will oversee the global talent team responsible for talent strategy and acquisition. Previously, RC served as MiQ’s Senior Vice President of Talent Business Partnership for EMEA and North America.

“When people ask me what we do, I often say, ‘We're in the business of opportunity.’ From my very first conversations with MiQ, I was struck by the commitment to developing people and building careers in adtech. Almost 9 years later, I still see that commitment every day, and it's one of the things I love most about being here,” said RC Whitehouse, Global Chief People Officer, MiQ. “I'm honored to step into this role. We have great people. What drives me hasn't changed: I want to create a place where people can reach their full potential and feel challenged in the best ways.
