Zee5 is a popular subscription video on demand service in India, and they wanted to reach and target non resident Indians (NRI) in the US. They wanted to understand their viewership and TV consumption patterns at the household level, so they got in touch with MiQ.
Our Advanced TV solution has the biggest TV viewership dataset in the US, and we used this to purpose build a solution to help Zee5 achieve their goal.
ACR data
We analyzed content consumption patterns of 40m US households to create a pool NRI audience, and get to know the top 10 Indian and US shows their target audience was watching.
Competitor targeting
We targeted viewers watching competitor content and reached over 338,000 underexposed audiences. Zee5 promoted their shows to viewers with a high propensity to watch Indian entertainment content, sports and news shows.
